A federal judge in Massachusetts has blocked the Trump administration from deporting a 30-year-old Turkish student attending Tufts University in Massachusetts pending a ruling on her petition. Rumeysa Ozturk was arrested earlier this week after being approached by plain-clothed ICE agents on the street.
