Ohio train derailment prompts evacuations, uncertainty

On Feb. 3, a train operated by Norfolk Southern derailed in East Palestine, Ohio. Ten of the cars carried hazardous materials, according to the rail operator. "This town was nuked by chemicals. And it was all to get the railroad going," says Sil Caggiano, a hazardous materials specialist.
