Donald Trump has succeeded in politics due to his career in show business and his mastery of television. However, treating staff and cabinet position like a casting couch and choosing aides based on how they look on TV is backfiring. Just because they look the part, it doesn’t mean they can do the job. MSNBC’s Ayman Mohyeldin is joined by MSNBC’s Catherine Rampell, and comedians Jenny Hagel, and W. Kamau Bell to discuss the pitfalls of staffing a team based on TV appearances.
