King Charles III diagnosed with cancer

Buckingham Palace confirmed King Charles III has been diagnosed with cancer, not specifying what kind, following a scheduled hospital procedure to correct an enlarged prostate. NBC News’ Molly Hunter reports that Charles is on a schedule of regular treatments and recommended by doctors to postpone public events.
