Congress is just one signature away from forcing a floor vote on releasing the Epstein files. Newly sworn in Rep. James Walkinshaw (D-Va.) became the 217th member to sign the petition, one short of the 218 needed. All Democrats and four Republicans have signed on so far. MSNBC legal analyst Lisa Rubin joins The Weeknight to break down the legal stakes.
