Target Circle is the retailer’s free loyalty program while Target Circle 360 is a paid membership that costs $99 a year and offers benefits like same-day shipping, extra time for returns and more. Both memberships give you access to the deals below, which are also available in store and online, and span across every major category including tech. You’ll find many of Target’s in-house labels, like Threshold and Casaluna, are heavily discounted as part of the sale.
