Amazon Prime Day is here, offering discounts on tons of household essentials during the four-day sale, which is exclusive to Prime members. In addition to accessing discounts on more exciting big-ticket purchases on top-rated beauty and tech, you can also find excellent deals on things you probably use on the regular — like toilet paper and soap. In fact, the megasale’s a great time to stock up on those repeat purchases since prices are often better than other deals this year (so far).

I frequently cover shopping events like Prime Day, Black Friday and Cyber Monday as a writer for NBC Select, so I know how to find deals that are actually worth buying. I combed through thousands of discounts to find the best Prime Day household essentials deals — each one I recommend below is highly rated, at least 20% off and at its lowest price in at least three months. One of our favorite electrolyte powders, this sugar-free option has a blend of B vitamins, vitamin C, amino acids, and electrolytes to help boost hydration and support immunity, according to the brand. It’s also free of artificial sweeteners. “I always keep Liquid I.V. at home to drink before a long run,” says NBC Select reporter Zoe Malin. “I feel the difference when I don’t have it — I get tired more quickly and feel less energized overall.”

Exclusive to Amazon, this four-pack of Sensodyne Pronamel Toothpaste is designed to care for sensitive teeth. This whitening toothpaste (which we consider one of the best out there) also helps restrengthen and harden tooth enamel as well as protect against cavities, according to the brand.

“I’ve had sensitive teeth for as long as I can remember, and a lot of toothpastes that cater to my needs don’t taste minty or make me feel fresh,” says Rosalie Sparaco, NBC Select’s Senior Manager of Community Engagement. “Not only does it leave my mouth feeling clean, it also whitens at the same time so I always make sure to have it on hand.”

Designed to support both the immune system and energy levels, these powder packets are full of B vitamins, electrolytes, zinc, manganese and 1,000 milligrams of vitamin C. The powder fizzes when you add it to water and lends it a citrusy flavor.

If you’re looking to dabble in smart home devices, these bulbs are a good place to start. They’re equipped with voice assistants like Alexa and Google Home and you can control them by an app, and you can schedule the exact hue — including soft white, cool white, and a range of colors — for certain times of day.

For those who use Clorox’s ToiletWand to clean the toilet, this set of refills comes with 30 disposable heads, which scrub away germs, hard water stains, and lime stains, according to the brand. They’re preloaded with Clorox’s disinfectant solution and designed to fit under the rim of the bowl.

Prime Day’s the perfect opportunity to stock up on things you use daily, or in this case, drink daily. This 75 pack of Starbucks K-cups has notes of toffee and dusted cocoa in it Pop one into a Keurig to get a fresh brew in a matter of seconds.

Mrs. Meyer’s Hand Soap is a staple among NBC Select staffers, and for good reason. “I always find Mrs. Meyer’s formulas to smell and feel way more expensive than they actually are,” says NBC Select editor Lindsay Schneider. “That said, I’ll take any chance I can to get them on sale.” The formula’s infused with aloe vera and olive oil to keep hands soft, and smells like refreshing mint.

Made entirely from recycled paper, this two-ply toilet paper is made without dyes, inks, or fragrances and is safe for septic tanks (and even RV bathrooms), according to the brand. This set has four packs of 12 rolls, each of which has 240 sheets.

Off makes some of our favorite bug repellents. The formula uses 25% DEET to protect against mosquitoes, ticks, biting flies, gnats, and chiggers for up to eight hours, according to the brand. It also has a dry powder feel.

This multitasking mop comes with two types of detachable cloths: one for mopping and another for dry sweeping. The collapsible pole allows for easier storage, and it has a locking head for scrubbing. You can use it on hardwood, tile, and vinyl flooring, according to the brand.

A go-to cookware set among NBC staffers, this set comes with a 10.5-inch fry pan, a 3-quart sauce pan, a 4.5-quart sauté pan with a lid and a 6.5-quart Dutch oven with a lid. The nontoxic cookware has a nonstick ceramic coating, is safe on all stovetops, and oven-safe up to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, according to the brand.

If you’re familiar with Stasher’s silicone bags, we’ve found the Stasher Bowls to be even better. “You can cook and store food in the bowls just like the bags, but their shape makes it more convenient to eat and serve from them,” says NBC Select reporter Zoe Malin. Plus, this eight-cup bowl is oven-, microwave-, dishwasher-, and freezer-safe.

We’ve found nothing beats this vacuum for pet hair, which, even though it’s slender and lightweight, is still powerful enough to thoroughly clean. It has an anti-tangle brush roll that can clean hair from carpet fibers and upholstery, as well as a crevice tool for reaching under furniture.

Packaged in easy-to-use, single-dose capsules, this laundry detergent is unscented and hypoallergenic, making it extra-gentle on skin. It can handle stains as well as allergens like pet dander, dust mite, ragweed pollen, and grass and tree pollen, according to the brand.

Formulated without fragrances, dyes, and other potentially irritating ingredients, this dish soap refill pairs cleaning power with a sensitive skin-friendly formula. Even though it’s gentle on hands, the formula can still cut through grease and remove tough, dried-on residue, according to the brand.
