How the 9.9% are entrenching inequality

Income inequality is a huge issue in America and around the globe. While the top 0.1% are often singled out for criticism, author Matthew Stewart says that the next 9.9% are equally at fault. He joined MSNBC’s Ayman Mohyeldin to address the problems presented by this “new aristocracy.”
