'Home Alone 2' director wants Trump scene cut

Home Alone 2' director Chris Columbus says that Donald Trump’s 30-year-old cameo has been “an albatross” and “wishes it was gone," in an interview with the San Franscico Chronicle. The filmmaker says he fears retribution if he were to remove the president from the movie. “I can’t cut it,” Columbus told the Chronicle. “If I cut it, I’ll probably be sent out of the country. I’ll be considered sort of not fit to live in the United States, so I’ll have to go back to Italy or something.”
