Stephen Miller mulls suspension of habeas corpus
Trump official Stephen Miller said on Friday that the administration is considering the suspension of habeas corpus, the constitutional provision that shields people from unlawful detainment, to facilitate the deportation of undocumented immigrants. Former U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder joined MSNBC's "The Weekend" and argued that the "necessary conditions" to suspend habeas corpus just aren't there. "It's all about intimidation," Holder said.
