The House votes to pass Trump's megabill

The House has passed President Trump's megabill. This comes after Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) broke the record for longest House speech in protest of the massive spending plan. NBC News' Vaughn Hillyard, Julie Tsirkin, Ali Vitali and Christine Roman join Christina Ruffini to report the latest.
