Stephen Miller mulls suspension of habeas corpus

01:13

Trump official Stephen Miller said on Friday that the administration is considering the suspension of habeas corpus, the constitutional provision that shields people from unlawful detainment, to facilitate the deportation of undocumented immigrants. "It's all about intimidation," Holder said.
