Today’s installment of campaign-related news items from across the country.

* In her latest event in Pennsylvania, Vice President Kamala Harris outlined an “America Forward” agenda that calls for tax credits to boost investment and create industrial jobs, along with investments in artificial intelligence, science and energy development, as well as supporting American-made products. Soon after, the Democratic nominee also sat down with MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle for an exclusive one-on-one interview.

* I’ve been writing quite a bit about possible Democratic interest in Sens. Ted Cruz’s and Rick Scott’s re-election campaigns, which made it all the more interesting when the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee announced new multimillion-dollar investments in television advertising for the Senate races in Texas and Florida.

* On a related note, the latest Emerson College Polling/The Hill survey found Cruz leading Democratic Rep. Colin Allred by just 4 points, 49% to 45%. (Click the link for information on the survey’s methodology and margin of error.)

* The latest batch of Marist polls found Donald Trump leading Harris by a point in Arizona and Georgia, while the major-party nominees are tied in North Carolina. (Click the links for information on the surveys’ methodologies and margins of error.)

* Meanwhile in Pennsylvania, the latest polls from Susquehanna and Muhlenberg College found Harris and Trump tied in the Keystone State. (Click the links for information on the surveys’ methodologies and margins of error.)

* In Maryland’s closely watched U.S. Senate race, the latest Washington Post-University of Maryland poll found Democrat Angela Alsobrooks with a surprisingly large advantage over former Republican Gov. Larry Hogan, 51% to 40%. (Click the link for information on the survey’s methodology and margin of error.)

* To a striking degree, Harris’ husband is all over the campaign trail and Trump’s wife is not.

* And the Anti-Psychopath PAC, led in part by lawyer George Conway, launched two new ads this week featuring some of the many women who’ve accused Trump of sexual misconduct.
